Booking and Payment
Booking
- Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through our website at xdetailing.ca.
- Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
- Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process all payments securely.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues with our services.
Customer Responsibilities
- Access: Ensure that our team has easy access to your vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
- Vehicle Condition: Remove all personal items from your vehicle before the detailing service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Notification: Inform us of any special requirements or existing damages to your vehicle before the service begins.
Liability
- Damage: X Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or any damage that occurs due to the detailing process unless it is proven to be caused by our negligence.
- Personal Items: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing service.
