X Detailing Cancellation Policy

This agreement for services is made between X Detailing (referred to as "we", "our", or "X Detailing") and the client (referred to as "you").

By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

IMPORTANT: READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.

Preparation Before Appointment Policy.

Before giving us your vehicle, please ensure that all personal items are removed from your vehicle, including the cargo area, trunk, under seats, glove box, and center console. Our team will not clean or move any personal belongings. Additionally, we do not clean the spare tire compartment unless you have notified us in advance and removed the spare tire, tools, and any items in that area.

 

Personal Property Policy.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in your vehicle. This includes damage or loss due to fire, theft, accidents, or any other cause beyond our control.

Work Order & Vehicle Condition Report Policy.

Upon arrival and after completing the service, we will require a few minutes of your time to review the service details and ask for your signature on the work order. You will also receive a condition report on the vehicle’s state before our service.

Service Price Change Policy.

Most vehicles will be charged the advertised price; however, additional fees may apply if we discover areas requiring extra work. This includes dog hair removal, heavily soiled carpets, exterior dirt, muddy interiors, or very dark vehicles requiring paint correction. We may suggest additional services, but the choice to proceed is entirely up to you.

Contractor Policy.

We reserve the right to assign independent contractors to perform your service. We may change the assigned detailer at short notice without penalty.

Securing Your Booking Policy.

To secure your appointment, we may require debit or credit card details or will send an electronic invoice through our secure payment system (Stripe).

Weather Cancellation Policy.

As weather conditions are unpredictable, all appointments are weather permitting. If weather conditions affect your scheduled service, we will reschedule you at no additional cost to the next available appointment.

Online Same-Day Booking Policy.

We accept same-day appointments online if booked at least one hour before the available time slot and before 12 PM. If you do not receive a confirmation email or phone call, please contact us to confirm your booking.

Online Booking / Reservation Policy.

Booking a service online does not guarantee a reserved time or date unless payment has been processed. We reserve the right to confirm, alter, or move bookings depending on staffing, weather, or equipment availability.
