Front Desk Administrator & Sales Advisor

  • Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, AB
  • Full-time
  • Applications close November 16, 2026

Are you a natural conversationalist who loves closing a sale and keeping a fast-paced environment organized?

X Detailing is looking for a sharp, highly organized, and energetic Front Desk Administrator & Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for our clients. We specialize in high-end automotive detailing, paint protection film (PPF), paintless dent repair (PDR), and autobody services. The person at our front desk isn’t just doing data entry — they are the face of the business, a vital part of our sales engine, and the glue that keeps the shop running smoothly.

If you have flawless communication skills, a knack for sales, and take pride in delivering a premium customer experience, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales. Confidently explain our service menus, answer technical questions (we will train you on the details), and comfortably upsell clients on premium packages like ceramic coatings and PPF.
  • Manage the front of house. Greet walk-in clients with energy and professionalism, so they feel confident leaving their vehicles in our hands.
  • Communicate flawlessly. Answer phone calls, respond to online inquiries, and follow up with leads in professional English.
  • Keep us organized. Manage the booking calendar, dispatch daily job logs to the shop technicians, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping.

What We Are Looking For

  • Impeccable English. Fluency in both spoken and written English is non-negotiable. You must be able to draft professional emails and speak clearly over the phone without hesitation.
  • Sales experience. You are not afraid to ask for the sale, overcome objections gracefully, and explain the value of high-ticket services.
  • Highly organized. You can juggle phone calls, walk-ins, and technician schedules without dropping the ball.
  • Tech-savvy. Comfortable learning and navigating CRM software, booking systems, and basic administrative tools.
  • Local and present. This role is 100% in person at our Calgary facility on Macleod Trail SW. Remote work is not an option.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have an interest in the automotive industry or car culture.
  • Have prior experience in front-of-house hospitality, high-end retail, or automotive service advising.
